We never received our verification emails last Christmas (2016), and were never able to use our 2 sets. I can't believe they are still selling these!

We are having the same problem as above....no avatars are displayed and "next" button isn't activated. I have tried on Samsung s7, Samsung tablet, and IPad, so definitely not a device issue.
