Players must have their parent or guardian's permission to have a Bloxels account. Because Bloxels is designed for kids, we require that all account's are verified by an adult.
During the signup process a confirmation email will be sent to the parents email to verify the account. Player Accounts must be verified in order to complete the account creation process.
- Share games to the Bloxels Infinity Wall which can then be played by anyone in the world through the Bloxels Builder App or on our website at play.bloxelsbuilder.com
- Share games that may include story elements such as dialog that can be read by the players of their game. Content shared on the Infinity Wall is actively moderated and we immediately remove content that is deemed inappropriate or that might risk the privacy of our players.
To verify your child's account:
- Open the verification email that you will receive an email from support@bloxelsbuilder.com
- Click the link to verify the Bloxels account or enter the unlock code into the secret code field.
- Once the code is entered, the player will be able to complete the signup process and have access to share content they create to the Infinity Wall.
Below is a step by step guide to the account registration process.
1. Tap "Register" to start the account creation process.
2. Enter your Username and select a default avatar.
3. Enter your parent or guardians email address. They will receive the activation email.
4. Check your inbox for the activation email. You can activate the account by clicking the "Activate" button or entering the unlock code provided in the app. The player can stay on this screen while they wait for the activation. It will transition to the next step automatically once the activation is complete.
The player can also continue playing while they wait for the activation, by tapping the Do This Later button.
5. If the player chooses to keep playing, they will need to tap their player profile to continue the account creation process.
6. Once inside the player profile, the player can tap the Finish Registration button to proceed to the next step. They will still need to have the their activation approved or the code to proceed.
7. With activation complete, the player will have the opportunity to enter their own email address or they can use their parents or guardians email address. They will also need to create a password. This email address will be used for password resets.
8. Once registration is complete the player will see a confirmation page and can begin playing with their account active.

I never received the activation e-mail. I have checked my junk folder. I tried having it resent several times, and I still have not received it. Any information on how to resolve this is appreciated.
I've verified 5 or 6 times with different aliases, but the app is will not proceed to the "unlock code" screen as shown above. Help would be appreciated.
I have also verified 3 different times with different usernames but the app does not proceed either! This is very frustrating for Christmas morning when my son is really excited to play. What do we need to do to continue registering?

Thanks for responding on Christmas. However, I don't think the problem is our inability to follow on-screen instructions.
There is a software glitch here. The "next" button is disabled, even though the name and icon selection have green checkmark next to them. It sounds like others are having problems in subsequent steps. I'd strongly recommend developers get involved at this point, and an official apology be issued.
In my case, we are using a kindle fire tablet from 2015.

Merry Christmas all! We are unable to register too. The avatars aren't displaying so the Next button isn't activating.
Here the problem I'm having. When you hit "Next" on the parent email entry page, nothing seems to happen but apparently it sends you an email every time. Now I have about a hundred emails, all with different links and they're still coming. And none of them work. You need to add a notification that an email has been sent!
Also, where do you enter the code in the app if the links don't work? No information on that in the emails, it just says enter the code....
The "next" button is not active for us either. Very frustrating.
Also, keep getting 502 Bad gateway error pages
We are having the same problem as above....no avatars are displayed and "next" button isn't activated. I have tried on Samsung s7, Samsung tablet, and IPad, so definitely not a device issue.

Once I clicked on one of the many emails, that is when I got the HELP information. I ended up trying a few of the emails and all FAIL to Activate. I could not find where to enter the access code either.
For Grins, I went to try to Re-register - the User name we picked is "Already Exists" Then tried logging on and I'm back at the beginning.....again. Help!
I tried registering again following the instructions from the old emails and created a new User name. With a few patience and understanding it is Christmas morning and everyone is trying to resister, it finally worked. Thank you and Merry Christmas.
Can't get past the parent confirmation screen. Looks like this is a common issue this morning. Hopefully someone is working to resolve the problem so our kids can create their games?
I received the confirmation email, but it "failed" to confirm. Now I can't resend or find where I can continue activating my son's account. Hope this is just a bug or server issue and is fixed tomorrow. Have a sad child today :(
I enter my email address and click next and nothing appears to happen. I checked my email, to make sure that it the confirmation email wasn't sent without some sort of notification. Nothing there, not in Spam, either. Then I close the App and start it again and I am asked to enter the passcode to complete the registration. I have no passcode. There is a note that says that the passcode was sent to parent@email.com. There is no apparent way to correct this. This is quite a mess for Christmas morning. My kids are very disappointed.
I am having the same problem as the other parents here - I am not getting a confirmation email. I am sad we are all having the same problem, but I must admit I am relieved that I am not the only one!
Not quite the same problem, but I see it mentioned a few times above.
I cannot get past step 1 in the registration process, the NEXT button never lights up to be clicked on.
The default avatar selections all remain blank (but you can still check them, to no avail).

I can't register my child. When we enter a username, the avatar choices are blank. When we choose one of the plain white circles, the next button doesn't work either. It's so frustrating when gifts have glitches!
I created a username and entered my email several hours ago within the app, but have not yet recieved the activation code email. (I have checked all folders including spam/junk. Nothing there.) I created another account a few minutes ago and tried again. Furthermore, now when I go back in the app, it says that the email I'm looking for was sent to "parent@email.com." If someone at the Help Desk could contact me about this, I would appreciate it! Thank you in advance.

I've had same issues as everyone else has described. Took forever to get an email, finally got to the point where I could put the activation code in but it won't let me click the "unlock" button. Very frustrating! This whole idea is so great, but it seems there are quite a few glitches that need to be addressed. Hoping that happens!
Same issue here. then I apparently got like 41 emails and all of them say 'Verification Failed'
also, the username he's wanted has now been burned 3 times.
I am so beyond frustrated and it seems that I am not the only person having this problem. In the child registration phase I cannot get past activating my child's account. I click on next and nothing happens. My son really wants to create his account so that he can create and save his games and he isn't even able to play with the gift that he really wanted. If someone could contact me I would really appreciate it.
